"Show don't tell" is Rathi's product methodology where PMs create detailed user journey visualizations and materials rather than just written specifications.

Show don't tell is essentially a way in where the product manager starts ideating with the entire experience, and they actually create all the collaterals together of a user they need to begin with.

I actually ask my teams to write three press releases, alternative and divergent.

When I summarize what other people are saying and especially multiple different stakeholders, then I can think about offline and not in the context of right in the meeting, sometimes in the meeting too I guess, is how do I make this idea one click better?

I'm throwing everything against the wall. I'm looking at what's going to stick. I am looking to try to find the winning tactic and turn it into a winning strategy.
