Constraints drive innovation better than freedom

The most impactful thing that you can do is form really hard constraints.

If you try to structure innovation, you're losing that organic spark that is humanity. Imagine that someone say you have 15 minutes a day to be creative. I don't think it's the pull. So it's encouraging that thinking more than structured.

Amazing ideas come from anywhere. The thing about running a research lab is you really don't tell people what to research. That's not what you do.
