Growth masks all problems. You don't really have a true understanding of what is working well and what is not working well when you have incredible growth.
High growth masks product problems

I don't actually think a lot of the fast growing companies are using data well at this point. These companies are totally getting by on just good instincts and good vibes, but what always happens is eventually things stop growing.
The danger of metrics. When you're looking at something zero-to-one. If you decide on a metric too prematurely, that's false precision first of all, right? I mean, CTR. When you have a thousand people, it doesn't mean anything.
