I call it top 10 things you should know. It's a living document. So in my org right now I've got quite a number of PMs and for each of those PMs in this living Google Doc, they literally put 10 things, like 10 problems you should know.
Problem documentation beats solution brainstorming
Discovery → Problem Identification
"It" refers to the strategy sprint's first day, where teams share research findings and identify problems holding the product back.
It's a very problems focused process, and that's an important point.
"Bigger cluster" and "sub problems" refer to grouped categories of user problems identified during a strategy sprint problem-clustering exercise.
The beauty of it is each of those bigger cluster, you actually know what the sub problems are within that cluster because you sort of generated it very organically.
What are the biggest barriers to your productivity, or what are the biggest challenges to getting work done? Let them pick three, just three. Of those three, how often does this affect you? Is this hourly? Is this daily? Is this weekly? Is this quarterly?
