Always look at the data that's available to you within your analytics platforms and say, 'Users are already finding us here. How can we turn that knob up to 11?'
We have the insight into information, into data, that an individual seller won't. And so we can help them make hopefully better decisions that lead to sales, leveraging the insights that we have.
Our job is not to tell the story that someone wants to hear with the data or to solve the problem that someone thinks is most important. It's for us to have our own perspective about things.
