Saying yes to one thing means saying no to another

Every time you say yes to something, by definition you're saying no to something else.

It truly is not about time. If we're clear on the objectives of something, it might be that the last 20% of polish on the document is a really bad use of time.

Being able to manage my energy levels and figuring out how to schedule my time for my energy has really allowed me also to figure out how to have that abundant mindset in all situations.
