Communication is the job. If you want to have an impact on the world around you, it is exclusively done through the creation of artifacts or verbalizations that affect other humans. That is all there is.

Speaking is not a specialized skill, it's a meta skill. The better you get at speaking, the better your life gets.
Writing is clarity at scale, and a key component to a PM's job is creating clarity both internally and externally.
Answer first and then explain, or sometimes answer and then shut up, that actually is a tactical thing you can do to get better at communicating.
Grade yourself after you communicate and try to just take a moment and after a while you'll just do it naturally to think about, 'Gosh, how would I have answered that question better?'
