Understanding that nothing is ever 100% perfect, and the most you can aspire and get to is 99.8 or whatever. That last 0.2%, you could spend your whole life trying to do that, or you could move on and do other things and understand that it's nearly perfect.

I think if you could slow down, you'll end up going a lot faster. So, I would encourage people, if you're in a panic and you're in a tizzy, just take some deep breaths before you do anything and just ask yourself, 'What's a good way to do it?'
Make sure you're not too hard on yourself if it doesn't work. It's okay to fail because we're either winning or we're learning.
"This" refers to building barriers and creating friction to avoid distractions, which Knapp and Zeratsky were discussing as their "laser" focus strategy.
What we believe is you have a better... this just increases your odds. This is a chance to get more clear on, is this a good opportunity? To get more clear on, will the thing I build click with customers?
For me, failure is not that you didn't drive revenue, failure is not learning. So it's really important that you learn when you fail.
