Learn from success, not just failure

You don't really learn from your mistakes, you learn from your successes. Of course, I learned and grew a ton during that time, but in now what I think is six or seven years at Rippling, I've learned so much more because I've seen success.

Life is too short to make all our mistakes ourselves. So we should be learning from other people's failures as well.

We are very encouraged in our lives, especially professionally, to talk about our A side all the time because that's what impresses people... But between all of those highlights, there were so many B moments that get shoved under the rug.
